| What is Neuter Now,Inc.? Who is Neuter Now,Inc.? We are a volunteer, no kill, non profit 501(c)(3) organization. We are staffed strictly by loving volunteers and funded by donations and personal monies. Our aim is to rescue cats and kittens in immediate danger or need, help them become secure, healthy, loved, and well fed: then find permanent homes for them. Neuter Now has cats/kittens for adoption at the Front Royal and Herndon Petco Stores 24/7. The fosters and volunteers have many cats/kittens at adoption fairs on most Saturdays at these stores. We are always looking for foster homes and volunteers to help with various jobs. If you have some extra time, give some love to these deserving beings. It will make you feel good.
